Refund Policy

Pro (one-time, €39)

If Pro isn’t right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund it, no hard feelings. After 14 days, Pro purchases are generally non-refundable because the unlock is a one-time digital product you keep for the lifetime of the account.

If you were charged in error, or believe you’re entitled to a refund under applicable consumer-protection law, contact us - we’ll make it right.

How to request a refund

Email support@formfolio.co from the address on your account, with your order details. Refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.com Market Ltd; the time to appear depends on your bank or card provider. You can also manage purchases and request refunds directly through the Paddle.com Market Ltd buyer portal.

Your statutory rights
